- 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, well drained
- 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
- salt and pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Grease a small ovenproof baking dish. Mash the cream cheese and milk until creamy.

3Blend in the chopped onion, crabmeat and horseradish, mixing well.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Sprinkle top with paprika.

6Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on crackers.
