- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Directions

1Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

2Remove yolks; mash and combine with remaining ingredients.

3Chill.

4Just before serving, stuff egg whites with crab meat mixture.

5Makes 12 halves with extra stuffing to use as a sandwich spread.
