Ingredients
- 1 cup mushrooms chopped
- 2 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 pound crab meat
Directions

1Cook mushrooms and onions in butter until tender.

2Blend in flour and thyme.

3Stir in cream or milk and stir constantly until thick and bubbly.

4Remove.

5Add wine.

6Season to taste with salt and pepper.

7Stir in crab meat.

8Spoon into crab shells or ramekins.

9Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 375F (190C) for 15 minutes until top is slightly browned.
