Crab Swiss Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. refrigerator butterflake rolls (12 )
  • 1 can (7 1/2 oz.) crabmeat or fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1 can (6 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and diced
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onion, tops and bottoms
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Separate each roll into 3 layers. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Mix all other ingredients together and spoon on top of each roll.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    May freeze before or after baking, 17 to 18 minutes. Baking time makes them crispier.
