- 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
- 1 slice toasted bread, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Saute celery and parsley in butter.

2Mix in the crabmeat and add other ingredients.

3Shape into 6 cakes.

4Dust with cracker meal.

5Put on a small cookie sheet and bake in a 375° oven for about 15 minutes or until browned.
