  • 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
  • 1 slice toasted bread, crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. capers
  • chopped parsley

Directions

    Saute celery and parsley in butter.

    Mix in the crabmeat and add other ingredients.

    Shape into 6 cakes.

    Dust with cracker meal.

    Put on a small cookie sheet and bake in a 375° oven for about 15 minutes or until browned.
