- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin softened in 3 Tbsp. water
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 8 oz. fresh crab meat
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1In a saucepan, heat undiluted cream of mushroom soup until hot.

2Remove from heat and add gelatin and water mixture.

3Allow to cool slightly.

4Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise well and add to saucepan.

5Combine the remaining ingredients and pour into greased mold.

6Set in refrigerator overnight.

7Unmold to plate and serve with assorted crackers.
