- 2 qt. milk
- 6 cans (8 oz. each) crabmeat
- 1 (16 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 c. sherry
- dash of lemon juice
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- dash of nutmeg
- parsley
Directions

1In a large pan melt butter.

2Work in flour and then add milk. Stir constantly until white sauce is thick.

3Add the remaining ingredients and heat until all ingredients are hot.

4Serve from a chafing dish with toast rounds or your favorite crackers.
