- 8 qt. popped popcorn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white syrup
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Cook over high heat to hard crack stage (290° or 300° on candy thermometer).

2Remove from heat and add 1 (1 gram) bottle of oil flavoring and desired food coloring.

3Stir only enough to mix well.

4Too much stirring will cause candy to turn to sugar.
