  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 qt. popcorn, popped
  • Spanish peanuts

Directions

    Boil syrup, butter, margarine and brown sugar 5 minutes.

    Add peanuts; pour over popped corn.

    Bake on cookie sheet for 1 hour at 200°.
