- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Spray cookie sheet with olive oil and put crackers on sheet with edges touching.

3Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan, stirring constantly.

4Bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes.

5Pour the mixture over the crackers and spread evenly with a knife.

6Bake for 5 minutes- toffee should be bubbly.

7Remove from oven and cool.

8Break into bite size pieces.
