- 10 medium carrots
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cranberry juice
Directions

1Wash and scrape carrots.

2Cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces. Cook and drain.

3Melt fat and add cranberry sauce.

4Cook gently, stirring constantly, until sauce is dissolved.

5Add carrots and cook gently for 3 to 4 minutes.

6Stir occasionally.

7Do not freeze.
