- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 medium Granny Smith apples
- 1 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. cranberries
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease Bundt pan.

3Put flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon in a bowl; mix.

4Quarter and core apples.

5Cut into 1/4-inch chunks.

6Put brown sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla into large bowl.

7Beat until smooth.

8Stir in flour mixture.

9Stir in cranberries, apples and nuts.

10Batter will be stiff and seem like there is too much fruit.

11Pour batter into pan.

12Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes.

13Cool 30 minutes then remove from pan.
