Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 orange rind, grated
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 heaping c. cranberries, cut into quarters
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Add beaten egg and orange juice. Combine ingredients until moistened.

3Add nuts and cranberries last.

4Pour batter into a loaf pan lined with waxed paper.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

6Cool in refrigerator for 24 hours.
