  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, drained if needed and rinsed in a colander
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans

    Preheat oven to 350.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened and light in color

    Add butter and almond extract, beat for 2 minutes

    Stir in flour just until combined.
