- 2 c. fresh cranberries
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. unpeeled, cubed green apples
- 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
- 1 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip
- lettuce leaves
Directions

1In processor, coarsely grind cranberries.

2Combine berries, marshmallows and sugar in large bowl; stir gently.

3Cover and chill at least 1 1/2 hours.

4Add apples, grapes and nuts; stir gently.

5Fold in cream or Cool Whip.

6Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve on lettuce.
