  • 8 ounces (about 2 cups) fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest plus 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions

    In a saucepan, over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients and cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries start to pop but are still whole.
