- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 34 cup cornmeal
- 13 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 34 cup milk
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped fresh cranberries or 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400; grease bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray.

2In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3Add in eggs, milk, and oil; beat with a spoon until mixed.

4In a small bowl, toss cranberries with 2 T sugar until coated; fold into batter.

5Transfer batter to pan; smooth top.

6Bake 25-30 minutes or until pick comes out clean; serve warm.
