  • 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. orange jell-O
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed, drained pineapple
  • 1/2 c. diced celery

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add rind and cranberry sauce. Stir. Chill until thick. Stir in pineapple and celery. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
