- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. chopped cranberries
Directions

1Grease and flour a loaf pan.

2In a large bowl, sift together the flour and baking soda.

3In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar, then beat in the egg and salt.

4Alternately add the flour and orange juice to the creamed mixture.

5Mix well after each addition.

6Fold in the cranberries and pecans.

7Turn into loaf pan.

8Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
