  • 2 12 cups bisquick variety baking mix
  • 12 cup packed brown sugar
  • 12 cup half-and-half or 12 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 12 cups fresh cranberries
  • 12 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    Set oven to 350F.

    Grease a 8x4-inch loaf pan.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix together baking mix, brown sugar, milk and beaten eggs just until moistened.

    Fold in cranberries and nuts.

    Spoon into prepared loaf pan.

    Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until cake test done.
