  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 uncooked 9-inch pastry shell
  • 3/4 c. pecan halves

    Beat eggs just to blend.

    Stir in corn syrup, sugar, butter and salt.

    Sprinkle cranberries in pastry shell; pour syrup mixture over berries.

    Top with pecans.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in middle of pie comes out clean.
