Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. orange juice
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • water
  • 6 oz. pkg. raspberry jello
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 (13 1/2 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced red or green grapes
  • chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Combine orange juice and lemon juice and add water to make 2 cups and heat.

    Dissolve jello in hot liquid.

    Add cranberry sauce to hot jello, stirring until dissolved.

    When mixture is cool, add pineapple, celery and grapes (and pecans, if desired).
