Cranberry Stuffing Balls

- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing croutons
- 3/4 c. fresh cranberries, halved
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1In a skillet, cook sausage, celery and onions until sausage is done and vegetables are tender.

2Drain excess fat.

3In a large mixing bowl, combine meat mixture and remaining ingredients and enough broth to hold mixture together.

4Shape into 8 to 10 balls. Place in a shallow greased baking dish.

5Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

6Yields 8 to 10 servings.
