Cranberry Stuffing Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing croutons
  • 3/4 c. fresh cranberries, halved
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Directions

    In a skillet, cook sausage, celery and onions until sausage is done and vegetables are tender.

    Drain excess fat.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine meat mixture and remaining ingredients and enough broth to hold mixture together.

    Shape into 8 to 10 balls. Place in a shallow greased baking dish.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
