- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon achar masala
Directions

1Heat olive oil, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, and asafoetida in a saucepan over medium heat; stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Mix in cranberries, salt, and achar masala; cook and stir until cranberries soften and break down, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat to cool before serving.
