  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 1 lb. crawfish
