- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 oz. jar mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper to taste
- 12 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Melt butter and saute green onions and crawfish tails.

2Add 2 to 3 tablespoons flour until it makes a stiff paste.

3Add mushrooms and parsley.

4Add salt, black pepper and cayenne to your taste. When ready to serve, add exactly 12 ounces sour cream and heat. Serve from chafing dish with assorted crackers, Melba rounds or small party shells.
