- 2 lb. peeled crawfish
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 6 pods garlic
- 1 block margarine
Directions

1Saute vegetables until clear.

2Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes.

3Add cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water; cook about 20 minutes.

4Add crawfish and cook 20 to 25 minutes. Add your favorite seasonings.

5Add onion tops and parsley as desired.

6Serve over rice.
