Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crawfish tails, peeled
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 c. cream
  • 8 oz. pkg. pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 tsp. each: oregano, thyme, garlic powder and onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. each: paprika and Paul Prudhomme seafood magic

Directions

    Saute the green onions in butter until soft.

    Add cream and seasonings.

    Bring to a boil and let simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until thickened.

    Add crawfish tails and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

    Add cooked pasta and heat through.
