Crawfish Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 lb. crawfish, chopped

Directions

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Chop the crawfish and mix with seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes. Bake one pie shell until light brown.

    Pour mix in pie shell. Cover with other shell. Brush top of shell with melted butter.

    Bake until golden brown. Freezes good!
