- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 sticks celery
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 lb. crawfish
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Tony's seasoning
- 2 pie shells (9 5/8-inch; unbaked)
Directions

1Saute onions, bell peppers and celery in margarine.

2Add crawfish tails.

3Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until crawfish tails are cooked.

4Add Tony's seasoning.

5Add mushroom soup.

6Pour in unbaked shell and top with another pie shell.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.
