Crawfish Pot Pie

  • 1 1/2 lb. crawfish tails
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 to 5 potatoes, diced
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
  • 1 pkg. Pioneer chicken gravy mix
  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells

Directions

    Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.

    Boil potatoes until tender.

    Saute onion in a little butter.

    Prepare gravy mix according to package.

    Mix crawfish, potatoes, vegetables and onions together with gravy.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Cover top with second pie crust.

    Cut a few slits in top of crust.

    Flute edges.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
