- 1 lb. crawfish tails
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. tortellini with Parmesan cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 toes garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1/8 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp. cornstarch with water
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in butter.

2Add crawfish (slightly rinsed) and continue cooking approximately 5 minutes.

3Add Parmesan cheese, parsley and whipping cream.

4Prepare tortellini as directed.

5Fold in with sauce and season with salt and red pepper.

6If sauce needs thickening, mix cornstarch with water and add to sauce.
