Crazy Cake

Directions

   Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

   Make three holes (like playing in sand).

   In one hole place oil, in the second place vanilla and put vinegar in the third.

   Pour 1 cup water over the top and stir.

   Pour into 1 layer pan.

   Make a second recipe for a layer cake or 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Makes 18 cupcakes.

   Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done.
