- 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour plus additional flour (to use in shaping biscuits)
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream
Directions

1Combine flour and cream in a bowl with a fork, mixing just until flour is moist (the dough is too sticky to handle).

2Place 1/4 cup flour in another bowl.

3Drop approximately 2 tablespoons of dough into the flour; roll around until lightly coated.

4Take out and pat into a disc, about 1/2-inch thick.

5Place on ungreased pan.

6Let the biscuits rest for 5 minutes.

7Place in center of preheated 450° oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

8Makes about 6 biscuits; 230 calories each.
