- 1/2 c chopped nuts
- 2 c sugar
- 3/4 c light corn syrup
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 c cream
Directions

1Sprinkle nuts in buttered 8-inch square pan.

2Mix sugar, corn syrup, butter and half of cream in sauce pan.

3Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.

4Stir in rest of cream gradually. Continue stirring as mixture thickens and cook to 250° or until a little drop in cold water forms a hard ball.

5Remove from heat and pour over nuts in pan.

6When cold, cut into squares.

7Makes about 5 dozen.
