  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix all together very well.

    Roll into small balls and then in pecans.

    Freeze balls and just before serving, defrost 5 minutes. Yields about 2 1/2 dozen.
