  • 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 can Milnot, whipped
  • 3 c. graham crumbs
  • 1/2 c. margarine

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Chill until slightly thickened.

    Mix cracker crumbs and margarine together, then pack in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
