  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and salt. Add eggs one at a time while mixing.

    Cook at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
