- 5 lb. baking potatoes
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- paprika or chopped parsley (garnish)
Directions

1Peel potatoes and

3Cook until tender in boiling water.

4Drain and place in a large bowl.

5Add next five ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
