- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- 3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
- few drops green food coloring
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and extract. Gradually beat in powdered sugar with electric mixer until smooth. Knead in the last of powdered sugar by hand.

2Knead in food coloring until evenly distributed.

3Form mixture into 3/4-inch balls; place on waxed paper.

4Flatten each with the tines of a fork.

5Let dry overnight.

6Makes 4 dozen patties.
