- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 or 2 drops flavoring oil
Directions

1Mix ingredients together.

2Knead with hands until it looks like pie dough.

3Roll into small balls.

4Dip in granulated sugar; press into mold.

5Pop out on waxed paper.

6Mints may be frozen in a covered container.

7(Add color with food coloring, if desired.) Makes 200 mints.
