- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. half and half
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. white frosting
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- food coloring
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, half and half and butter in heavy saucepan.

2Stir over low heat until cheese mixture is soft and creamy and butter is melted.

3Blend in frosting mix and stir to blend well.

4Add peppermint extract and food coloring of your choice.

5You may divide the batch to make 2 or 3 colors.

6Roll mixture into balls or drop by teaspoon on waxed paper lined cookie sheet; press with fork.

7Let stand at room temperature until firm and dry.
