  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • honey

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except honey in a large bowl.

    Beat at low speed of electric mixer.

    Fill baking cup lined muffin tins 1/2 full.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Drizzle with honey. Yields 18 muffins.
