- milk
- cream cheese
- butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
- ketchup (optional)
Directions

1Whip eggs with a little milk until frothy.

2Add 7 lumps of cream cheese and mix in lightly.

3Pour into frying pan containing sizzling butter or margarine.

4Stir lightly while cooking until egg mixture is soft and cream cheese is melted into eggs.

5Do not overcook.

6Place on large plate.

7Add salt, pepper and ketchup to taste.
