- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- graham cracker crust
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Soften cream cheese, whip and combine with next 4 ingredients. Beat until light and fluffy.

2Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

3Remove from oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes.

4Blend sour cream, with 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.

5Pour over pie and bake for additional 10 minutes.

6Refrigerate 5 hours before serving.

7Serves 10 to 12. Very yummy and very rich!
