Cream Cheese Pound Cake

- 3 sticks margarine, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour, sifted
Directions

1In large bowl, cream margarine, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.

2Add vanilla and 1 egg at a time, beating after each.

3Stir in flour on low speed.

4Spoon mixture into 10-inch tube pan. (Can't use regular Bundt pan.)

5Bake in 300° oven for 1 1/2 hours. I usually go around mine with a knife.

6Shake and turn out within 5 minutes.
