- 3 sticks butter, softened
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 C. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 C. sifted cake flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes.

2Add sugar and mix well.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

4Mix in vanilla.

5Add flour and salt and mix until flour is well incorporated.

6Spoon into greased and floured bundt pan.

7Place in cold oven and bake at 275 for 1 hour and 55 minutes.
