- 3 sticks (1 1/2 c.) margarine or butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Cream butter and cream cheese until light.

2Add sugar and beat well.

3Add eggs, one at a time; mix well.

4Add flavoring.

5Mix flour in lightly.

6Bake in angel food pan or two loaf pans.

7Put in cold oven.

8Turn to 325°.

9Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done (makes it crusty).
