- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 sticks butter
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Directions

1Have all ingredients at room temperature.

2Mix butter, sugar and cream cheese for 5 to 7 minutes.

3Add eggs one at a time. Beat well.

4Add flour and salt, 1 cup at a time.

5Pour batter in a greased and floured tube pan or 2 loaf pans.

6Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350° or until done.
