- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla or 1 tsp. lemon juice
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Grease and flour Bundt pan.

2Cream the cream cheese.

3Add butter.

4Add white sugar.

5Add eggs and mix together.

6Sift cake flour.

7Add baking powder and salt.

8Mix together.

9Now sift flour, baking powder and salt together, again.

10Add flour mixture alternately to butter mixture with milk.

11Last add vanilla or lemon juice.

12Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
